It is crucial to be happy when you feel sad after something might happen in your life. It could be anything like a break up or bad performance that make you feel low or sad. The important part is everyone feels sad in any point in time but recovering back to happiness is essential to live a good life. And the main part is how you deal with your emotions when you are sad otherwise it can cause depression if you will not come out of it.
